At Millar’s Wood Roasted Coffee, our signature micro-roasted blends are shade grown with a blend of organic, fair trade, sustainable beans from around the globe. We only purchase the highest quality, high altitude coffees that have the least impact on our environment. Each handcrafted batch of coffee is cupped daily for consistent quality.
We are also equally committed in selecting the wood that powers our wood fired coffee roaster. The wood comes directly from our property. Only local select hardwoods, brought down by storms and other natural hazards, are used. We do not believe in cutting down healthy growing timber for fuel.
